4. Distance contract information (if tours are ordered online)

If you order tours online (distance contract), before or at the moment of placing the order we provide the required information about the seller/provider and the offer, in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.

5. Advertising identification

If we use promotional communications, they are clearly identifiable as advertising and are not unfair or misleading, in line with Закон України "Про рекламу", Стаття 9. Ідентифікація реклами, Стаття 10. Недобросовісна реклама.
